I am a Relationship Specialist. This is not one part of my work, it is all of it. My training and practice are entirely focused on relationships. I help partners understand why they get stuck, what drives recurring conflict, and how to create lasting change.
Secure A Consult
Most therapy practices don’t specialize solely in couples therapy, which can make it harder to truly address the challenges in your relationship. That’s where I come in. My training and practice are dedicated to helping couples create meaningful change and move out of feeling stuck.
Sessions address the pattern that is happening between you & go beyond surface-level with someone who specializes in this work
I offer 24/7 online booking & keep my caseload intentionally limited, so I’m often able to offer appointments within the same week. I also work an evenings & rotating weekend days to fit your schedule.
I offer 75- and 90-minute sessions to help you get to deeper connection faster, plus between-session resources and support to keep things moving forward.
I don’t bill insurance directly to protect your privacy and care. I can provide a superbill if you choose to submit for reimbursement. You also have full autonomy over your rate through my Green Bottle rate model.
I am non-neutral in that I side with the relationship. Each partner is supported without "one against the other" or pathologizing differences.
I help you hone your skills to be successful outside the therapy room (without me!)
Break repeating conflict cycles so arguments don’t keep going in circles
Rebuild connection, trust, and emotional safety when things feel distant or strained
Create clearer communication and follow-through, especially under stress or neurodivergence
Strengthen agreements and boundaries in monogamous, open, or non-monogamous relationships
To support access and transparency, I use a “Green Bottle” fee model. This model allows you to select a rate based on your financial circumstances, with all clients receiving the same quality of specialized care regardless of tier. It is not income-based, does not require financial documentation, and is not a traditional sliding scale. The intention is to support both accessibility and the sustainability of ongoing therapeutic work.
For your rate, choose the tier below that best reflects your current financial reality and supports your ability to engage consistently in therapy.
Tier 1 (Full Bottle)
For those with financial stability, savings, and discretionary income.
$200 (50-min individual)
$300 (75-min couples)
$360 (90-min couples)
$380 (90-min intake/Gottman Assessment)
Tier 2 (Half Full Bottle)
For those generally stable but needing to budget and plan for expenses.
$170 (50-min individual)
$250 (75-min couples)
$300 (90-min couples)
$330 (90-min intake/Gottman Assesment)
Tier 3 (Low Bottle)
For those with limited financial flexibility or living paycheck-to-paycheck.
$150 (50-min individual)
$225 (75-min couples)
$270 (90-min couples)
$300 (90-min intake /Gottman Assessment)

Many people are surprised to learn that insurance companies often decide how long sessions can be, how often they occur, and even when treatment should end. I believe those decisions should be made by you and me together, not by a third party who does not know you. By choosing to work outside of insurance, I’m able to provide care that truly fits your needs. This also gives us more flexibility with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, without being limited by insurance company rules or restrictions.
Insurance companies require access to your private health information, including diagnoses, notes, how long you have attended, when you cancelled, and personal history. When working through insurance, your confidentiality cannot be fully protected in the same way it can when we work together directly.
Many individuals and families find that high-deductible insurance plans still result in paying out of pocket for therapy, even when using in-network benefits. Some spend the year working toward a deductible without ever reaching meaningful coverage. Insurance companies may also later reclaim payment (“clawbacks”) for couples work they do not consider medically necessary, placing treatment decisions under insurer control.
If you are self-pay or not using insurance, federal law gives you the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services before starting care.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time. Because psychotherapy is individualized, actual costs may vary based on the number of sessions provided..
